Amid pandemic stress, burnout, 3 in 10 health care workers consider leaving field

After a harrowing, stressful year manning the frontlines during the coronavirus pandemic, some three in 10 health care workers are considering leaving the field, according to a nationally representative survey conducted by the Kaiser Family Foundation and Washington Post.
